Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work with infants, toddlers, and families in home-based Early Intervention programs across California.

You will assess, plan, and deliver PT services aligned with IFSPs and family goals, using a parent coaching model to empower caregivers and support progress in natural environments. The role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, benefits eligibility, and opportunities to impact young children in multiple

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience required (Early Intervention preferred).
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to achieve developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and ensure progress transfer.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare, community).
• Prepare re-assessments and progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
