Briarwood Village seeks a Maintenance Assistant to manage the community’s grounds and physical plant, ensuring a safe environment for residents. The role includes basic repairs, moving equipment, cleaning, and maintaining systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license, with a customer-service mindset and reliable, team-oriented approach to daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds, including mowing, weeding, raking, trimming and snow shoveling.
• Performs minor repairs and painting.
• Lifts/moves equipment and furniture; cleans and maintains equipment.
• Cleans and maintains sprinklers, exhaust system and filters.
• Attends required in-service education.
