The supervisor leads repairs, grounds activities, and preventative maintenance while maintaining records and overseeing cleanliness and emergency operations. High school diploma required and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be licensed to drive without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs/maintenance of facility structure and equipment or supervise external providers.
• Maintain and trim grounds including mowing, weeding, raking, and snow removal.
• Keep records for Environmental Services and conduct preventative maintenance program.
