Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong Workiva focus to join our GRC Technology Consulting team in the United States. You will help organizations transform governance, risk, and compliance programs by implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workiva solutions, including GRC, financial reporting, and sustainability modules.

You will collaborate with clients and Crowe teams across the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, CS, Economics, Business Administration.
3–5 years of professional experience.
2+ years in software implementation, tech consulting, or related.
Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional/technical solutions.
Experience implementing Workiva solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
Lead and support Workiva implementations, enhancements, configurations, and related initiatives.
Work directly with clients to identify, understand, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
Configure, build, develop, prototype, and test technology solutions.
Develop testing strategies and plans and support users in UAT.
