Job summary

ARG Petro is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage Fuel and Lubricants routing logistics, monitor tank levels, and coordinate with terminal managers and drivers. The role requires flexibility to cover day shifts, nights, holidays, and PTO. You will prepare reports, track metrics, and ensure contract compliance while keeping documentation accurate.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or routing coordination.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external customers.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitors scheduling databases to forecast deliveries and maintain inventory levels.
Prepares management reports and performance scorecards; analyzes contract obligations.
Responds to disruptions; coordinates with carriers, drivers, and terminals to resolve issues.
Processes incoming orders and provides delivery time estimates and status updates.
Identifies opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
