Palmdale Oil is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Palm Beach Gardens team. You will manage fuel deliveries, monitor inventories, and support dispatch operations to drive efficiency.

Ideal candidates possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn multiple logistics systems such as SkyBitz and Titan Cloud, while coordinating with drivers and customers to ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in logistics dispatch/scheduling preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and balance truck inventories and verify accurate fuel levels and billing.
• Track and report fuel deliveries to prevent losses and ensure proper stock levels.
• Collaborate with drivers and logistics specialists to optimize delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.
• Provide support to dispatch team and learn operational processes for coordinating deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels using Skybitz, SmartTank, Otodata, and Titan Cloud to prevent loss.
