Job summary

World Fuel Services seeks a Logistics Coordinator II to support the National Transport team. This remote role involves coordinating fuel deliveries, schedules, and carrier partnerships while ensuring safety and on-time performance.

You will act as a hub for drivers, customers, carriers, and internal teams, solving logistics challenges in real time and delivering superior service in a fast-paced energy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or related operational experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze delivery requirements and monitor inventory for timely fulfillment.
• Build and manage daily dispatch schedules to optimize delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Assign loads to third-party carriers and ensure timely execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond quickly to inquiries.
• Prepare operational documentation with accuracy and report incidents and improvements.
