Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Manager Certification, ServSafe or NRFSP preferred
• English proficiency; French a plus in Quebec

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to person for food products and services in-store
• Train and coach associates on food execution, production, replenishment and customer service
• Plan and execute in-store food sampling
• Lead in-store training for new Foodservice programs
• Ensure FIFO rotation and proper food safety practices
• Maintain planogram compliance and monitor shrink and out-of-stocks
• Collaborate with BUQAS training personnel to deliver programs
