Job summary

Circle K in Seattle is seeking a Store Food Service Leader to drive food category execution, staff training, and customer experience across store operations. You will train associates, manage production, replenishment, FIFO rotations, tastings, and ensure food safety and compliance, working with BUQAS teams.

English communication strong; ServSafe/NRFSP certifications preferred; Wage: $24.01–$25.26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG retail and/or Foodservice.
• Experience in training, leadership and team building.
• Strong collaboration, communication and organizational skills.
• Food safety certifications such as ServSafe or NRFSP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store food service training and execution.
• Ensure all food operations align with standards to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Coach associates on food production, replenishment, ordering and sanitization.
• Plan and execute food sampling for staff and customers.
• Maintain FIFO rotation and correct merchandising per planogram.
• Monitor shrink, manage budgets, and support BUQAS training delivery.
• Support training programs and communicate with vendors and management.
