Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent retail training.
• Food safety certification (ServSafe or NRFSP).
• Minimum 2 years in FMCG retail and/or Foodservice.
• Supervisory/leadership experience desired.
• Strong English communication; French helpful in some regions.

• Food Category expert in store.
• Ensures food operations execution to maximize sales and reduce waste.
• Train, coach and supervise associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization and customer service.
• Be the go-to person for food products and services.
• Plan and execute food sampling for employees and customers.
• Lead in-store training on new Foodservice programs and refreshers.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and proper stock of food items.
• Support planogram adherence and reduce shrink.
