Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in FMCG retail or foodservice.
• Experience in training, leadership and team building.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills.
• Food safety certifications: ServSafe or NRFSP.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach store associates on food execution and service.
• Lead in-store foodservice training programs.
• Manage FIFO food rotation and ensure product freshness.
• Support budgeting and cost control in food operations.
• Monitor shrink and drive sales of foodservice.
