Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Foodservice Training Lead to coach store associates on food execution, rotation, sanitation, and customer service.

You will plan and deliver in-store training on new Foodservice programs, conduct refresher sessions, and ensure FIFO rotation and accurate display per planogram. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in FMCG or Foodservice, strong English communication, and food safety certifications (ServSafe/NRFSP).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Fast Moving Consumer Goods retail or Foodservice.
• Experience in training, leadership, team building.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
• Food safety certifications such as ServSafe or NRFSP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food operational execution in store is followed to maximize sales and reduce waste.
• Train, teach and coach store associates on Food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization and customer service.
• Be the go-to person in store for employees with questions connected to food products and services.
• Plan and execute food sampling for employees and customers.
• Conduct and lead in-store training on all new Foodservice programs and train-the-trainer programs.
• Follow up with refresher training activities as needed.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and proper food display per planogram.
• Order or assist in ordering food products to reduce stockouts and shrink.
• Monitor shrink while improving sales and foodservice profitability.
