Job summary

Circle K in Seattle seeks a Foodservice-focused in-store leader to ensure top-quality food execution and customer experience. You will train staff, supervise food preparation and maintain product rotation across the floor.

The role requires strong communication in English, leadership experience in retail or foodservice, and a commitment to safety and service standards. Flexible shift availability is offered in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent retail training experience.
• Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods retail and/or Foodservice.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the food category expert in-store and ensure food execution aligns with standards.
• Train, coach and mentor store associates on food production, replenishment, ordering and sanitation.
• Lead in-store training for new Foodservice programs and refresher sessions.
• Maintain FIFO food rotation and ensure displays follow current Planogram and BU guidance.
• Assist with ordering to reduce Out Of Stocks and shrink while protecting foodservice profit.
