• Train and coach associates on food production, replenishment, ordering, and sanitization.
• Oversee FIFO food rotation and proper display per Planogram.
• Order food products to minimize Out Of Stocks and shrink.
• Conduct in-store training and refresher sessions with BUQAS support.
