Job summary

Grocery TV in Cedar Rapids is hiring a part-time field technician to visit store locations within 50 miles. You will troubleshoot displays, check power sources, and coordinate with the Operations team by phone. Occasional overnights may occur after onboarding.

The role offers $20/hour, 15–20 hours weekly, and mileage reimbursement. Flexible scheduling is available, and travel is required on a regional basis.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable using a laptop or tablet for updates.
• Own a reliable insured vehicle for store travel.
• Have a valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Check power sources and connections at stores.
• Reset or replace display devices as needed.
• Troubleshoot with Grocery TV Operations by phone.
• Collect equipment to ship back to HQ.
