Job summary

Grocery TV in New York is seeking a part-time Field Technician to support our display network. You will visit multiple store locations within a 50-mile radius, perform power checks, reset or replace display devices, and collaborate with the Operations team by phone to troubleshoot issues.

This role offers 15–20 hours per week with on-call availability and occasional overnight travel after onboarding. A reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate via text or phone for site updates.
• Comfort with checking in when dispatched and reporting status.
• Comfortable traveling between store locations within a 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Check power sources and connections at store displays.
• Reset or replace display devices as needed to keep networks running.
• Troubleshoot with Grocery TV Operations by phone to find quick solutions.
• Collect equipment to be shipped back to Grocery TV HQ.
