Job summary

Grocery TV is seeking an in-store technician to support our display network across stores within a 50-mile radius. This on-call, part-time role starts at $22 per hour and offers flexibility to match business needs while gaining hands-on experience with retail displays.

You will visit stores to diagnose and fix display issues, check power connections, reset devices, and coordinate with the Operations team by phone. A reliable vehicle, valid license, and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Comfortable communicating via text or phone for check-ins and site updates.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel within your designated region.
• Reliable, insured vehicle for travel between store locations.
• Basic proficiency with laptops or tablets.
• Comfortable using tools like an electric drill, screwdriver, and wire snips.

Responsibilities

• Check power sources and connections.
• Reset or replace display devices as needed.
• Troubleshoot with Grocery TV Operations by phone to find quick solutions.
• Collect equipment to be shipped back to Grocery TV HQ.
