Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a part-time Meta Retail Specialist to support a territory of retail displays in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will perform installations, refreshes, and merchandising tasks while following manufacturer standards to keep displays on-brand and functional.

The role offers 3–15 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and paid drive time/mileage, including occasional weekend work with notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfort using basic hand tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve display issues (lighting, fixtures, buttons).

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain displays.
• Installations, displays builds, and refreshes including wiring and media players.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs.
• Document service activity and outcomes on time.
• Maintain compliance with planograms and brand standards.
