Job summary

Grocery TV is seeking a part-time field technician to support store displays across a 50-mile radius. The role involves visiting multiple store locations, performing basic hardware checks, and coordinating with the Operations team to keep displays running smoothly.

Work is on-call and 15–20 hours per week, with overtime potential. A valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and comfort with mobile tech are required. Training will be provided, with occasional overnights if necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within your designated region.
• Reliable, insured vehicle for travel between store locations.
• Comfortable using laptops or tablets and basic tools.
• Willingness to visit multiple store locations within a 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Check power sources and connections at sites.
• Reset or replace display devices as needed.
• Troubleshoot with Grocery TV Operations by phone to resolve issues quickly.
• Collect equipment to be shipped back to Grocery TV HQ.
