Job summary

Channel Partners in Cedar Rapids seeks a part-time Meta Retail Specialist to service a set route of displays, perform installations, refreshes, and merchandising tasks. You will use basic hand tools, maintain planograms, and ensure displays stay on-brand. Flexible 3–15 hours weekly with paid travel time and mileage.

Responsibilities include scheduled visits, diagnostics, ad-hoc requests within SLAs, and accurate reporting. Candidates should own a basic toolkit and have reliable transport.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools for maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve physical display issues including lighting and wiring.
• Ability to drive with reliable transportation; read POG schematics.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations.
• Complete work on schedule and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve display issues to maintain functionality.
• Perform installations, builds, and refreshes including fixtures and cabling.
• Document service activity and outcomes on time.
• Merchandise tasks: inventory replenishment, pricing tags, POP placement.
• Maintain planograms and brand standards across locations.
• Build strong working relationships with in-store staff.
