Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain retail displays and fixtures. The role involves planogram resets, video/audio connections, and in-store prescriptions program support, with travel up to 120 miles and a typical 32+ hour workweek.

You'll receive paid training, dedicated supervision, and opportunities for overtime. Compensation includes weekly pay, benefits, and drive time/mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixtures, and monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools to maintain displays.
• Troubleshooting and fixing display issues including lighting and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps including security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display maintenance issues to ensure full functionality.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with potential travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements and complete store service within 48–72 hours.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Minimum 32 hours per week with potential 40–50+ hours; typical schedule Mon–Fri 8:00 AM; occasional weekends.
