Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, perform planogram resets, and troubleshoot issues. The role includes travel up to 120 miles, potential overnight trips, and a minimum 32 hours per week with flexibility to 40–50+ hours based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays/fixturing and wiring/cabling for displays.
• Experience using tools to maintain displays and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix display issues and perform planogram resets.

Responsibilities

• Install/build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with security cabling and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair display issues to ensure full functionality.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with potential travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance timelines (e.g., 48-72 hour store service).
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel as needed.
• Minimum 32 hours per week with potential 40–50+ hours as needed.
• Maintain pricing and signage; complete admin tasks and reporting on time.
