Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is a growing BCBA-owned ABA therapy provider dedicated to unlocking the potential of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a field-based BCBA, you will bring clinical care directly into homes, schools, and communities, driving generalization and meaningful outcomes for families.

You will train and supervise RBTs, collaborate with supervisors, and coach families to sustain progress.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed in Virginia (or actively pursuing licensure) at the time of hire.
• Experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Partner with families through education and coaching to carry strategies into daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA team to review outcomes and raise care standards.
