Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care into homes, schools, and communities with a flexible schedule.

You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support progress in daily life. The position offers competitive compensation (USD 90-95 per hour) and bonuses, with potential to exceed $116k annually through referrals and supervision incentives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification and Virginia licensure or pursuing.
• Experience supervising ABA programs with RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and communities.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on current evidence.
• Supervise RBTs and collaborate with families to implement strategies.
