Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) seeks a compassionate Family Resource Liaison to support families through services, outreach, and programs that strengthen relationships and resiliency.

You will operate on an as-needed, community-based schedule, providing supervised visitation and connecting families to local resources. Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of related experience.
• Experience working with children and families preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to be on-call with short notice.
• Level One Fingerprint clearance or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• CPR and First Aid certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervised visitation services that foster a safe, nurturing environment for children and families.
• Support the Family Resource Center (FRC) team with community-based activities, including classes, workshops, and support groups.
• Participate in community outreach such as resource fairs, family engagement events, and other public activities.
• Connect families to community resources that promote healthy child development and family well-being.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, documentation, and communication with families and partners.
• Encourage positive parent-child interactions, empowering parents to build confidence and advocacy for their families.
• Administer hearing, vision, and developmental screenings.
• Respond to requests for coverage with flexibility, including some evenings and weekends.
