Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) is seeking a Community Services Advocate to support low-income individuals under the CSBG program in New Mexico.

This office-based role includes travel to Mora, Taos and Colfax counties to connect clients with housing, healthcare, food assistance, and other services. You will track client progress, coordinate service plans, and follow up to ensure clients receive needed support.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in social services, case management, or community outreach is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to keep accurate records.
• Experience with case management software is helpful but not required.
