Job summary

Thrivent seeks financial advisors to build a practice guiding Christians toward financial clarity and generosity. You’ll be supported by a Fortune 500 leader, with up to 14 weeks of paid training to obtain licenses and registrations, then earn income through commissions and incentives as you grow your business.

You’ll work in a collaborative culture, receive specialist backing, and enjoy a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance while serving your community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients across generations based on trust.
• Schedule client appointments, deliver workshops and market your practice.
• Coordinate with specialists across the organization to build your business.
