Job summary

FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is seeking energetic individuals to represent consumer brands inside Costco, Sams, BJ’s and other retailers during two-week roadshows. You’ll demo products, engage shoppers, and drive sales in short-term events.

Ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced retail environments and want flexible assignments without travel. Requires ability to stand long hours and operate a Vision App on a smartphone for reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communications and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in retail, promotions or sales preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down displays, kiosks, or demo stations.
• Display products attractively and manage promotional materials.
• Engage customers to promote and sell products.
• Provide demonstrations and explain key features/benefits.
• Log sales activity and track inventory using apps.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols during events.
• Be flexible and ready for additional tasks as needed.
