Job summary

T-ROC in Pleasanton is seeking an energetic Event Sales Specialist to represent consumer brands inside major retailers. You will demo products, engage shoppers, and drive on-site sales during two-week roadshows.

This short-term, flexible role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to stand for long periods. You will use Vision App for timekeeping and reporting, and must be able to lift 25–50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in retail, promotions, or sales preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Available on weekends and evenings based on event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down display or demo station inside retail locations.
• Arrange products to attract customers and display materials clearly.
• Engage shoppers and promote products through demonstrations.
• Log sales activity and inventory usage using mobile apps.
• Follow store protocols and safety guidelines during events.
