Zusammenfassung

T-ROC is seeking energetic individuals to represent consumer brands inside Costco, Sams, BJ’s and other retailers during two-week roadshows. You will demo products, engage shoppers, and drive sales with flexible, event-based assignments.

This short-term role emphasizes high impact retail experiences, requiring standing for extended periods and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds, with access to Vision App for reporting and timekeeping.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills, presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, promotions, or sales preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and frequently squat, bend, and reach; lift 25–50 pounds.
• Must be able to operate a smartphone that supports Vision App for time, data and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Set up and break down designated display, kiosk, or demo station inside retail locations.
• Arrange products in an eye-catching manner and ensure all promotional materials are properly displayed.
• Approach and engage customers to promote and sell the product.
• Provide demonstrations and explain key features/benefits.
• Log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage in real time.
• Follow safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events.
