Job summary

FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is seeking energetic individuals to demo products and engage shoppers inside Costco, Sams, BJ’s and other big-box retailers during two-week roadshows. This short-term, event-based role offers flexible assignments without travel, with responsibilities including product demos, customer engagement, and sales reporting using Vision App.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, and are available for varied schedules including weekends

Qualifications

• Strong communications and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability.
• Availability for varied schedules including weekends/evenings.
• Prior retail, promotions, or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down display, kiosk, or demo station inside retail locations.
• Arrange products and signage to attract customers.
• Engage shoppers and promote the product through demonstrations.
• Log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage via mobile apps.
• Follow store-specific safety and conduct protocols during events.
