FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is hosting two-week retail roadshows in Kirkland, WA, offering flexible, short-term event-based work with potential for ongoing assignments. You will demo products, engage shoppers, and drive sales inside Costco and other big-box retailers.

Ideal for those seeking flexible hours, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to be part of a dynamic retail team focused on promotions and customer engagement.

Competenze

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communications, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
• Prior experience in retail, promotions, or sales preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• Available for varied schedules including weekends and evenings.
• Must operate a smartphone with Vision App for reporting.

Mansioni

• Set up and break down designated display, kiosk, or demo station inside retail locations.
• Arrange products in an eye-catching manner to attract customers and ensure all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed.
• Approach and engage customers to promote and sell the product.
• Provide demonstrations and explain key features/benefits.
• Log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage in apps in real time.
• Follow store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events.
