Job summary

T-ROC's FLEX-ROC unit is seeking an Event Sales Specialist to represent consumer brands inside Costco, Sams Club, BJ’s and other big-box retailers in La Quinta, CA. This is a part-time, flexible, short-term role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced retail environments.

You’ll set up displays, demo products, engage shoppers, and log activity using Vision App, with opportunities for ongoing assignments based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communications and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down designated display, kiosk, or demo station inside retail locations.
• Arrange products in an eye-catching manner to attract customers and ensure promotional materials are displayed.
• Engage customers and promote products with friendly, informative demos.
• Provide demonstrations and explain key features/benefits to shoppers.
• Log sales activity and inventory using required mobile apps and tools in real time.
• Follow store safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events.
