T-ROC is seeking energetic individuals to represent brands inside Costco, Sams, BJ’s and other retailers during short, two-week roadshows. You will demo products, engage shoppers, and drive sales in fast-paced retail environments with flexible assignments and no travel requirement.

The role emphasizes standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using Vision App for timekeeping and reporting. Great for those seeking event-based, part-time work with potential ongoing assignments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills, presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, promotions, or sales preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• Available for varied schedules, including weekends and evenings.
• Must operate a smartphone and Vision App for timekeeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down designated display, kiosk, or demo station inside retail locations.
• Arrange products to attract customers and display promotional materials and samples.
• Approach and engage customers to promote and sell the product.
• Provide demonstrations and explain key features/benefits.
• Log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage in real time via apps.
• Follow store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols.
