Job summary

T-ROC is seeking energetic individuals to represent consumer brands inside Costco, Sams, BJ’s and other retailers during short two-week roadshows. This is a flexible, event-based role designed for those who enjoy fast-paced retail environments and want non-travel, on-site assignments.

You will set up displays, engage customers, demonstrate products, and report activity using Vision App. The position offers weekends/evenings flexibility and potential for ongoing assignments with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills, presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, promotions, or sales preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• Must be available for varied schedules including weekends and evenings.
• Must be able to operate a smartphone with Vision App for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down display, kiosk, or demo station inside retail locations.
• Arrange products to attract customers and display promotional materials.
• Approach and engage customers to promote and sell products.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain key features/benefits.
• Log sales activity and inventory usage via apps in real time.
• Follow store and T-ROC safety and conduct protocols.
