Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy at the Glen Ellyn, IL clinic. The role supports BCBAs and families, with direct client sessions in the afternoon.

This part-time evening position requires a High School diploma and an active RBT certification within 60 days of hire. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
