Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Shorewood, IL seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with BCBA teams and families, delivering play-based ABA therapy to children. This role supports data collection, session planning, and progress tracking in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification within 60 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
