Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. seeks a part-time RBT to deliver direct ABA therapy for children, under BCBA supervision, at the Willowbrook clinic in Willowbrook, IL. The role supports families and uses play-based ABA to foster progress.

The position requires a High School diploma, active RBT certification within 60 days, and offers flexible evenings 3pm-7pm with a schedule Monday–Friday 3-6pm at the Willowbrook clinic. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision depending on eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA during supervision sessions for feedback.
• Record and submit client behavioral data and complete required documentation on time.
