Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a part-time evening RBT to provide ABA therapy at Willowbrook, IL. The role runs 4pm–7pm during weekdays with additional Saturday hours, supporting BCBA-directed programs and documenting client progress.

You will implement therapy, participate in supervision, collect data, and foster engaging, child-centered sessions while building strong family relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB upon start.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients for your assigned caseload, following programming written by a BCBA
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time
• Build strong, trusting relationships with the children on your caseload and make every session a fun experience
