Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a part-time, one-to-one role in Fairfield, NJ. The position focuses on supporting an autistic, nonverbal adult in daily activities, community outings, and personal goals. Schedule is two days per week, with evenings from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, in Fairfield, NJ 07004.

Driving on shift is required. Candidates must complete onboarding, background checks, and training.

Someone who is confident, patient, and comfortable taking the lead, with the ability to set clear expectations and stay consistent. Must enjoy staying active and moving around while supporting a friendly individual in their late 20s who is autistic and nonverbal and enjoys community outings, shopping, the library, parks, baking and cooking
