Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Essex County. You will support an adult with developmental disabilities, helping with daily routines, community outings, and personal goals.

Ideal candidates are reliable, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one, with ability to complete onboarding, background checks, and training. Schedule is two days per week (Mon, Wed, or Fri) 3:30–6:30 PM, in Fairfield, NJ.

About This Opportunity

Someone who is confident, patient, and comfortable taking the lead, with the ability to set clear expectations and stay consistent. Must enjoy staying active and moving around while supporting a friendly individual in their late 20s who is autistic and nonverbal and enjoys community outings, shopping, the library, parks, baking and cooking

What You'll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
