Kindly Direct Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one companionship and person-centered support for an adult with developmental disabilities in Union, NJ. The role focuses on reliability, building a consistent relationship, and assisting with daily activities at home and in the community.

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 4 pm – 6 pm, with potential for more hours. Location: Cranford, NJ. Driving on shift is required. Pay: $17–$21/hr.

• Complete required documentation and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a caring, dependable Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in Union, NJ.

About This Opportunity

This individual is looking for a RELIABLE and committed DSP who can provide companionship, for a 25 year old individual with Autism. DSP will be supportive, encouraging, and attentive to the individual’s needs, helping them stay engaged, build independence, and enjoy meaningful experiences at home and in the community.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-to-one companionship and person-centered support.

• Help the individual participate in Community Based and In Home Supports.
