Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one assignment supporting an autistic, nonverbal adult in the Essex/Fairfield area. You will accompany the individual on community outings, help with daily routines, and promote independence.

Shift is 3:30–6:30 PM, two days a week (Monday, Wednesday or Friday) with on-site work in Fairfield, NJ 07004; driving on shift is required. Onboarding, background checks, and training will be completed before starting.

Someone who is confident, patient, and comfortable taking the lead, with the ability to set clear expectations and stay consistent. Must enjoy staying active and moving around while supporting a friendly individual in their late 20s who is autistic and nonverbal and enjoys community outings, shopping, the library, parks, baking and cooking

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
