Kindly Direct Care in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to support a nonverbal autistic adult in the community and at home. This one-to-one role requires a confident, patient caregiver to guide daily activities, outings, and routines.

Schedule: 2 days a week (Mon, Wed, or Fri) from 3:30–6:30 PM. Driving on shift is required. Pay: $19–$21 per hour. Location: Fairfield, NJ 07004. Qualified candidates will be contacted to discuss this opportunity.

Someone who is confident, patient, and comfortable taking the lead, with the ability to set clear expectations and stay consistent. Must enjoy staying active and moving around while supporting a friendly individual in their late 20s who is autistic and nonverbal and enjoys community outings, shopping, the library, parks, baking and cooking
