Job summary

Home Life, Inc. in Corvallis, Oregon seeks a Direct Support Professional – Supported Living Substitute for flexible hours. This role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and engage with the community, with shifts including evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Substitutes commit to a minimum of 20 hours per month and may work with multiple individuals. Reports to the Supported Living Service Coordinator and participates in required training

Qualifications

• HS Graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass an initial background check and ongoing checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Service Coordinator and follow Home Life policies and procedures.
• Document working hours accurately and submit Timecard changes as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard information.
• Work with other staff to ensure quality services for supported individuals.
• Attend required trainings and participate in staff meetings.
