Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking friendly dining room servers to courteously serve meals to residents and guests, assist with tray service, and keep dining areas clean and organized.

You will provide beverage service, restock supplies, follow proper serving techniques, and collaborate with team members to ensure a respectful, safe dining experience in a luxury senior living environment across multiple shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Uniform and personal hygiene required.
• Able to learn quickly and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and guests courteously.
• Provide beverage service and refill supplies.
• Help with tray service and dining room setup.
• Clean, sweep, mop, and maintain dining and kitchen areas.
• Report equipment or tableware issues to supervisor.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Interact professionally with residents and colleagues.
