Job summary

Harmony Senior Services seeks a friendly server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests in our senior living environment. You will assist with menu orders, beverage service, and maintaining dining room cleanliness.

Role requires the ability to stand for periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. We value teamwork, high hygiene standards, and respectful interaction with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three (3) hours at a time.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously.
• Assist residents with menu orders and beverage service.
• Refill salt/pepper/sugar bowls as needed.
• Ensure proper food storage and labeling.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum kitchen and dining areas.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
