Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and assist with dining room cleanup. You will help residents with orders, provide beverages, and maintain service standards throughout mealtimes.

You will work in a team-oriented environment, attend in-services, and support tray service while upholding confidentiality policies. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
• Able to learn quickly and perform repetitive tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a dining setting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and guests courteously and help reset dining room.
• Assist residents with menu items and beverage service.
• Support with tray service and food presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness: sweep, mop, and vacuum kitchen and dining areas.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings; follow confidentiality policies.
