Job summary

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs for one-on-one care in clients' homes. We offer flexible schedules, same-day pay, and a supportive team, with paid training and development opportunities, plus mileage reimbursement for qualifying travel.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, respectful, patient, and professional caregivers.
• CNA or PCA qualifications/credentials as required.
• Personal care and activities-of-daily-living experience.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Respect for client dignity, privacy, preferences, and home.
• Ability to follow a care plan and report changes or concerns.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts, transfers, Foley care, hospice/bed-bound care, companionship, meal prep, or light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, gait belt usage, and Hoyer lift as needed.
• Prepare meals, offer companionship, and light housekeeping.
• Transport or accompany client to errands and medical appointments.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed ROM exercises when appropriate.
• Monitor blood glucose with supervision and provide hospice support when trained.
• Follow care plans and report changes or safety concerns to supervisors.
