Job summary

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is hiring compassionate CNAs and PCAs for one-on-one care in clients' homes. For more than seven years, our local team has helped people remain safe and independent at home.

You’ll perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation while following care plans. We offer flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and benefits including health and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials required or as applicable.
• Experience with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and mobility as needed.
• Prepare meals, offer companionship and light housekeeping.
• Transport or accompany clients to errands and medical appointments.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed routines.
• Monitor client health and follow care plans, report changes.
• Support hospice or palliative care as trained.
